It is recommended to spray (air pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa, gun diameter is 1-3mm), and the thickness of single spraying is ≤ 0.5 mm. In practical application, the coating thickness should be adjusted according to the requirements of fire resistance grade, and the construction specifications should be strictly followed to ensure that the performance reaches the standard. Applicable components: steel beam, steel column, grid, pipeline and petrochemical facilities support frame, etc. Description of construction technology Substrate treatment The surface of steel structure shall be thoroughly derusted and painted with antirust primer (such as epoxy red lead) to ensure no oil stain and dust. environmental control Construction temperature: 5-45℃; Humidity ≤85%, avoid rain, snow and dew. Layered coating Each coating thickness is ≤0.5mm, and the interval is 4-8 hours (it can be shortened to 3-5 hours with good ventilation).
