Use:

It can be used as anti-corrosion primer for steel structures such as bridges, storage tanks, pipelines and equipment in general environment.

Construction parameters:

Color: orange red

Flash point: 30℃

Density: 1.53g/cm3

Dry film thickness: 30 microns

Theoretical usage: 120g/m2

Drying time: 23℃

Suggested number of coating passes: two, dry film thickness 60 microns.

Preceding coats: mica-iron alkyd intermediate paint, alkyd enamel with various colors.

Surface treatment:

1. Steel with scale: hand-polished [electric steel brush] to St2.

2. Steel without scale: hand-polished [electric steel brush] to St2 grade.

3. Steel coated with shop primer: hand-polished (electric steel brush) to St2 grade.

4. Welding, cutting or pyrotechnic correction of burned parts: after removing welding slag and spatter, grinding and leveling, manually (electric steel brush) grinding to St2 level. 5. The previous paint film must be completely dried. For the coating that has been cured for a long time, the surface should be polished and the oil stain and dust on the coating surface should be removed before painting, and the paint film should be free of acid, alkali, moisture condensation and other impurities before painting the next paint.

Storage conditions: sealed in a cool and dry place at 0-35℃.
